SAS for Clifford
Here are some pictures from this past weekend. I'm sure you guys heard about the huge storms hitting the West coast, the first two were taken today as the storm was coming in. My family went on our annual ice fishing trip and I managed to snag a few pictures of the Ranger.

Fishing sucked but we had a good time. Yes this was in Arizona. We fished a few lakes ranging in elevation from 9,100' to 7,800' in elevation. The ice thickness averaged 10" - 23".
Some of the trout we cought (yes they are small, lol).

Some crawdads that took our bait. One ate our powerbait and the other a worm.

Here I am with my ice fishing snow man! I made him drill my holes! lol

I think it rides really nice! The girlfriend says it rides a little rougher than it did stock and I think it rides the same if not better. Steering is good now that I am used to it. I'm very satisifed with this truck! In the next week or three (that is how things go it seems) it should be getting an engine crossmember and some other things and then it will be 4x4.
The rear is going to have some mad flex with the Beltech shackles and the 6" skyjacker leafs and the factory Ranger 2" block. The front won't have as much, due to clearance issues. It has already been flexed once from a forklift to check draglink clearances. I wish I had my phone or camera with me. I thought the truck was going to roll! Once it is finished I will play around on the ramp that I posted some pages back at the BBQ.
I forgot to add that my speedo and odometer are a little wack. If I'm driving 65 (according to GPS) my speedo says I'm going 74ish. Also my odometer reads that I'm traveling more miles than I actually am. I need to look into getting this fixed as my truck is on some rapid aging drugs.
As far as MPG I'm impressed. I filled up my tank, set my GPS and left it on whenever the truck was on. I got 17.4 MPG on my first tank. The next tank was 16.3 MPG and that was more stop and go plus some serious head winds. I'd say the 5.13s are perfect for this thing. I'm glad I got them instead of the 4.88s which I almost went with.

I'll let you sit on my full size 35 in the bed. You can tell me if you can smell any fumes from my exhaust that exits under the bed.
Oh and I can't wait till you get your *** stuck and I get to "pose" pulling you out (for picture purposes).

Here's a vid of it. It's right in front of the rear fender.

Looks good, again. Will look much better with two driveshafts! 5.13s and 35s sound low, but I guess it is the same as 33s and 4.88s that I ran on the sport trac, I liked it.
Anyway, it looks really clean and makes me regret selling my 98. I always wanted to SAS that truck but I sold it for sport trac parts. D'oh!

Last I heard ford will only calibrate up to 31" tires
If I can get a hold of somebody that has a tuner can they plug in their tuner and adjust for axle ratio and tire size? I just looked up the SCT x cal 3 and that thing is around $400-$500!
just use your gps! thats what i do. for instance my speedo is way off also. i just know that 80mph=60mph.. so i drive 80 on the freeway and call it good. or just keep up with traffic.... its really not to big of a deal, just make good judgement to how fast you are going and you will get used to knowing your speed and that will save you a ton of money that you can use towards something else!!
No, the tuner is tuned to the VIN number in the trucks computer so it will only work with that specific vehicle. I would just get a scangauge or something unless the odometer is really worth 400 dollars to correct.
