Sgt Ex
Well, this weekend i was over at my pop's place after the amazing UK game and my little brother and his friend asked me if the Sarge has ever crushed a car. I told them, "Not yet..."
You know that whole Redneck thing about "Hey Ya'll Watch This!" thing.... Well, I officially joined the club...
I began running over an old van we had out back...

Then decided to see just how high i could get on the van... And did this...

Only damage was a **** ton of powersteering fluid was lost, and i broke the side back window and the passenger mirror. Guess i need to add those to the "Need to Fix" list...
Oh well. At least i know what it feels like to flop one now. lol

UPDATE!
Well, now that Railman has talked my tail into going to LBL for New Years, I have to get my tail in gear on the Ex. The two biggest issues were these...
1. Wouldn't run for poop. I couldn't go 20 feet without it trying to die on me Figured this out to be the computer was freaked the F out because of the flop. Reset it and all is good.
2. Giant hole in the side of the rig that used to be a window.... Instead of trying to find a used side window that i would likely bust out again, i did what Dan, the pevious owner, did on the driver side.... Lexan. I picked up a HUGE sheet of 4x8 1/8" Polycarbonate Plastic from General Plastics and Rubber for just 115 bucks. I only needed a 20x40ish piece, so my step dad split the cost and took half. So i got a bendable, scratchable window for around 58 dollars. I used just M4-.70 hex bolts and fender washers to mount it. Of course i masked it and painted it to kinda look like the factory window and used some windsheild sealant to keep most of the weather out.

Now that those two things are taken care of, I am knocking out a few more little bugs the rig has.
1. covering the storage area with bedliner
2. new bulbs in the fog lights
3. new relay for the fans
4. CB from D installed in this one
5. reset the centerpoint of the steering
6. adjust the Railman ram mount
7. Put the new mirror on the passenger side
As you can see, i have a good amount of work to do in the few days i have left before New Years Eve.... Wish me luck!

well, i did manage to get some work done on SGT last night.
1. cargo area is painted (BTW, never paint when its 29 degrees....)
2. new mirror is on
3. fog light installed
4. fan relay installed
5. exhaust removed. The resonator and muffler were just on there for looks. I disconnected the hanger and they both litteraly slid off :shok:
Prepping and painting took the longest. Due to the temp, it was taking about an hour between coats, and of course prep took a good hour and a half. I think it will look good. I didn't take pics because i left the side panels off so everything could have a true 24 hrs to cure since its outside and temps are pretty cold out.
I did take a shot before though

Here are some pics. As you can tell, most were of the Ex. Kristy took the pics, and she is still used to taking pics of just our rig. There are a few of greg and john though. Great wheeling with you guys. Thanks for the spotting, and John, thanks for all the help!
Mini Gauntlet

Greg decided to become a Sawmill Worker and bring the wood home with him

Rock Garden. I Tried hard to get Greg to do it, but due to the trip he had to make back home, he passed.
