87 2.9 rough shake when starting to accelerate
Hello all, I recently purchased a 1987 ranger with the 2.6l v6. It had been sitting for over 10 years when I bought it but I changed all of the spark plugs and put some fuel stabilizer and it started right up! Or so I thought
As soon as it started up it started to shake really bad when idling, I thought it might have been a misfire due to a clogged injector so put cleaner through the system and it seems to help a little but that wasnt the biggest issue. Whenever I put my foot on the accelerator the transition between the low idle and it reving causes a horrible shake and I dont know quite why.
and help would be very appreciated!
