Automatic reloading

This may have been asked before but.... I will again (if so, kick me and beat me senseless!). Is there a way to have the page reload every so often automatically like another certain un speakable site!?
Just curious?

Yes, just tell your hand to click the refresh button every so often...

Yeah but it times out and get all funny.. If I hit reload everything goes out of order.. I do not no how else to explain it other than a recent post might be say 1 min ago but it will fall in the same spot it was from when I first started viewing the site. So I will have some new and some old posts all mixed up.. Does that make sense?

Use this instead: https://www.ranger-forums.com/forum2....php?do=getnew

That always updates with the latest since your last logon or timeout. I use Firefox for browsing and I always have the bookmarks open on the left hand side. So I can just click on a bookmark I created with that as the URL. That's how I do it.
