Anyone no why my Ford ranger gets real bad gas mileage it gets about 120 per full tank of fuel please help

That's not so bad for a 1983 4X4 Ranger with a 460 V-8 with dual quads, and a 3 speed manual transmission with 42" tires.

A little more info on what your truck is would really help
