I have a constant whining or whistling noise

Hello I'm new here. I have a 93 ranger with a 3.0 5 speed. I changed the power steering pump cause it was bad. I started the truck with and without the serpentine belt. But the noise is there whether it's in neutral or in gear. Any ideas what it could be? Thanks

Could be distributor bushing if its a squealing type noise

Could be IAC Valve's Vent port if its a whistle, should be a black plastic cap on the side of IAC valve, pull it off, start engine and see if noise has changed

This Vent should NOT be an air leak, if it is then IAC Valve is failing
