they listed a product for sale on ebay. but the product was on backorder. not a big deal right? well their customer service is a problem. first off, if you request their user information from ebay to call them, the number is wrong. i had to get the number from a fellow member here on the site. Secondly, they dont bother sending you an e-pigeon saying "that item is on backorder, sorry!"

so i called them. found that out. then week after week i got false promises saying (this was about 3-4 weeks in a row) that i would have the kit by friday. yeah, it never showed. finally i got extremely upset and asked for my money back, they did, thankfully and to their credit, without raising a fuss about it.

all-told, i wasted about a month with 102 bucks spent and no product when i could have been looking into other locations to get the kit.

oh, the product was a power window conversion kit.

 

damn that sucks...hope you find another kit, i really want to see this custom work you are doin

 

i found a kit from JC whitney. but its like 170 bucks. but im thinkin' it might be worth it for the quality & customer service.

 

thanks for the heads up dude. why do people post stuff on ebay when its on backorder? thats pointless. and dont run a business if your goin to have bad customer service!
