thats the kind of person that pisses me off... they wait till you leave feedback then match it even if theres no reason for you to have neg feedback... and hes immature, calls everyone idiots and says they dont know what theyre doing... i bet hes got only a few more complants and hes gunna get kicked off...

i bought a t-shirt from someone and it was a cheap homemade one, and all the people who left him negatives got negatives in return and i sent egay a message and they said that they sent the seller an email concerning his feedback policy..

apparently then turned me in as a non-payment. So I get a polite reminder notice from ebay that I may soon have a strike against me. WTF???????

This is way beyond ridiculous now. My fedex tracker shows the original company has the parts I sent back to them but has yet to issue me a refund. So I have not withdrawn the disputes.

 

Agree, I think the most expensive thing I bought from ebay was maybe $75

 

Newest Update: I sent them proof that they had received the package and asked again for my refund. Here is what they sent back:

"This is being tied up in paypal, they will refund you when they release it."

So I sent them a copy of the PayPal log for the complaint to show that this was not so, and have not heard from them again. That was two days ago.

Then at the bottom of the note, it contained the following news:

"As of January 1st 2006 Mako Offroad and Mako Performance have been obtained by the 4 Star Resource Group LLC. 4 Star will bring a new commitment to customer service to these companies. 4 Star will also be increasing our product offerings. Interestingly, this was company #2 that just refunded my money without warning.

I think they've sold out and just don't care. At least the PayPal dispute was filed before they sold out.

 

Well, PayPal still hasn't returned my money. They keep saying that it can take up to 30 days. It has now been over 30 days since the complaint has been filed.

And to top it off, I got another notice from 4 Star Rersource Group that they have turned me in (again) for non-payment after refunding my money. I think this will never end.

Ok, finally heard back from Paypal, a week short of 3 months into this ordeal. Payment is reversed.
