Ordered shocks Friday night and they say "in stock". Get an email 10 minutes ago saying they're back ordered until mid September which is awesome. It only took them this long to find their inventory discrepancies.

Time to ghetto rig my broken shock.

Yep. Never ordering anything from them again. Now I have to wait 3 business days for them to credit my Paypal which is stupid when other companies do it in seconds

It's been 4 business days and I've yet to see a refund in PayPal or bank account. I filed a PayPal dispute this morning and called 4wp after class to see what they had to say. The rep on the phone assured I'd have my money back by the end of the day today. Guess what? Nothing.

Just got home from work so I escalated the dispute to a PayPal claim.
Absolutely ridiculous, this company is terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Yep its annoying. I'll stay loyal to Summit Racing even if I have to wait for them to get stuff in stock. 4WP, never again.

Damn that sucks man. I ordered from them once and they kinda dicked me around with actually shipping my stuff.. Summit has always treated me well, so that might be the way to go

it's always news to some when 4wp ***** someone over. the sac store is full of a bunch of bro's that just tell you that you cant afford something, and google parts right there in front of you. like i can do that at home, and order elseware, thanks...

a little customer service goes a long way.

5th business day today and once again, nothing. I'm waiting for a PayPal rep to call me back. I'm having him call 4WP because the last thing I want to happen is 4WP shipping the shocks, me getting them, and be screwed paying return shipping/restocking fees since I'd have to wait until 9/20 for 4WP to respond to the dispute which is a date that lands after they said they'd have them back in stock.


Edit:

PayPal got my money back. I'm so glad I paid with PayPal because if I just used a credit card, i'd have to go through a lot more loopholes im sure.

What did i get out of this shitty experience? to NEVER BUY FROM 4 WHEEL PARTS AGAIN!!


Also if any of you don't have PayPal, I highly recommend opening up a free account. It'll save your *** and companies finally comply once PayPal contacts them. PayPal FTW!
