Here's the original add.

It took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did it wasn't the radio he had showed a picture of in the ad. It was an old style cd6 and he shipped it in a box with no packing material and as a result the faceplate had the corner broken. Additionally it doesn't play cd's. It comes up with cd error.. I thought I was getting a good deal but instead I got ripped off...

Also I pm'ed him to give him a chance to make it right and he has been on here a couple times and didn't even reply...

did you pay paypal? if so, file a dispute. it'll get fixed!

why would you buy something from someone who hasnt even been on the forum a month?

Yes I payed with paypal but didn't file a dispute yet

I haven't taken time to file a dispute yet but will. Compare this radio to the ad, not the same! The pin on the back has bent in the back of the radio, I figure its shipping damage... Here are the pictures...

I think we need to reinstate the rule of having x amount of posts before you can use the classifieds. when we had that this stuff rarely ever happened.

NO!! hahaha post count doesn't mean anything IMO!! it should be length of time being a member and a minimum # or posts!

The dispute is still open.

Let me get this straight, I got ripped off now I am not allowed to view his threads? It would be different if we were fighting on a thread but I feel like a 5 year old in a time out and I didn't do anything wrong...

what? I removed all his forsale threads till he fixes this or he isnt selling anything else.
