Where does this part go? Seats?

Where does this part go? Seats?
So I FINALLY got my 05' seats in my ranger... YAY... I have one part left over. It's a plastic piece that I believe I saw on the passenger side however, I have no clue where it goes.. I think on the front but not sure.
Can anyone with the newer seats look at your passenger side and tell me where or how this goes?
