One high beam out, not bulb or fuse

Left side high beam not working. Changed bulb (one bulb for low and high beams) and checked fuses but they seem OK.
Assuming it's not the switch as the other side still works. Could it be the relay? Where is this located on the 2004 ranger? Car is from the UK, so appears to be different from the US model I see on YouTube.
Any advice appreciated!

Welcome to the forum

Most likely a wire issue at least on US made models
Low beams each had a fuse, left and right, but high beams shared one fuse, #14 in cab fuse box

Do both high beams work for "Flash to Pass"?
i.e. key off, light switch off, pull back on turn signal stalk
