Electrical help

Hello I have a 2006 Ford ranger 3.0 4x2 I just decided to put led lights in my gauge cluster to red to match my truck well after putting the gauge cluster in and left out everything else my rpm and speedo do not work and they worked fine before so I’m guessing I’m missing something I figured it was going to be a simple swap and done but is the led lights interfering with the gauges?

LEDs are polarity-sensitive. The original incandescents aren't. So take the ones that aren't working out, rotate them 180°, and reinstall them.
