BCM Replace?

I believe my BCM is bad. My part number is XL5T-14B205-DC. What other part numbers can I use when looking at junk yards or eBay. I know also it must be from 1998-2000 with similar options such as power windows and side mirrors.

My Truck: 1999, XLT, extended bed, 3.0L v6, Automatic, 2WD, all power options.

I also need some opinions on if my problem is the BCM. The electrical gremlin list is as follows:
  1. My driver side window will not work, but my passenger side does.
  1. My dome light and my rear high mount lights stay on when the doors are shut, and the car is locked. It is not my door latch sensor because my “door ajar” light works fine.
  1. I have a power draw on fuse 25 and 26 when the ignition is off, and the door is shut. Even after waiting 30 mins for the battery saver relay.
  1. When I first shift my truck into reverse the right turn indicator briefly lights up on the dash.
  1. My engine does not start when the ignition is turned to start. The fuel pump and PATS system work because the car runs with the key in the run position, and you jump the starter relay. The truck runs fine. And it is drivable.
Let me know what you guys think, Thank you.

No, its for sure not the GEM(BCM)

You will need to pull the drivers door panel and test the Master switch and the Motor, these are used the most so often fail before passenger door window motor or switch

Dome light and rear Cargo light are controlled by Dimmer wheel, it has TWO switches inside
When rotated all the way up the wheel will activate the Dome and Cargo lights, you can feel the wheel "click" when this happens
So could be its turned all the way up or the Dimmer wheel unit is bad

Power draw may be the dimmer

Check the grounds at the tail lights, Reverse Light reads like its using the right turn as a temporary Ground

Check fuse 24 in Cab Fuse box, 7.5amp, it should have 12v when key is turned to start, this activates the Starter Relay
That 12v then goes thru the Neutral Switch, on an Automatic thats the DTR switch on the drivers side of transmission, on the shifter
Try shifting to Neutral and see if the Key works to start engine
The shift cable can get lose so when you shift to PARK the transmission goes to Park but the DTR doesn't move all the way to Park so no 12volts can pass thru to starter relay, but it will in Neutral
Common issue on Ford Trucks, Google: Ford ranger loose column shifter
