A/C Wiring Diagram-2008 3.0L V6 Sport
Anyone have an A/C wiring diagram they can send my way? Can't find any available online.
Planning on building my own harness and not sure where to start (came from factory with no AC).
Thanks

It looks way more complicated than it is
What you will need is a 12volt 30amp relay, 15amp inline fuse, maybe 2 of these, depending how you wire it
And a Switch in the cab to activate relay or use AC Climate control panel from an AC Ranger in the cab
Because the 2008 uses Digital CanBus I would just use an analog on/off switch on the dash, instead of a 2008 AC panel, not sure what issue will popup if Computer is not an "AC model"
In 2008 the 12v from the cab switch runs thru the 2 pressure switches to the Computer, and computer activates the Relay, but it can run directly to a Relay, slot 85 or 86, the other slot is grounded
If pressure in system is too high or too low the relay is not turned on/no AC
The Relay's slots 30 and 87, one will be 12v the other is connected to the AC clutch, when relay is on AC clutch is activated and AC on
12v to switch in cab-------------------switch---------------pressure switch-----pressure switch---------------relay85////86-------ground
12v---Relay 30////87--------------------AC clutch--------ground
That's it, as said not as complicated as it looks
