kc wiring question <Redneckstone>
kc wiring question <Redneckstone>
im getting a set of 150 watt kc daylighters with no wiring. do i need to run a fuse and if so what size for 2 lights. a wiring diagram would be nice too. thanks.
now secound just do yourself a favor and order the wiring harness http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...=egnsearch.asp
because by the time you buy connectors 12 gauge wiring, relay 2 inline fuse holders, fuses you will have spent the $30... now are you going to run all 3 that you bought or just the 2?

just the 2 with the 3rd as a backup. and i just ordered stone guards (does that count as having them covered?) cuz i know in michigan you have to have them covered. i think ill buy the harness.

also the 150W you cant leave the stone gaurds on them for a long peiod of time because it will melt them just like this
how long do they have to be on to melt the stoneguards? just a guesstimate. oh and it did order the wiring harness. if i take rough grit sandpaper to the chrome will regular paint adhere to the chrome?
