Newbie removing I beam and need to remove radius arm connection. Is this threaded? I whacked the end think it would come out but it doesn't budge, and it doesn't want move with the ratchet and 3 ft iron pipe as a breaker assist.

 

Just the one long bolt but it can rust hard inside the sleeve
Put nut back on the end and give it some hard wacks and also try to turn it, so just do more of what you are doing
