everyone on here is gonna tell you bilsteins. however, if all your doing is light off roading and mostly daily driving, i'd go with a fabtech, skyjacker or rancho shock. i have fabtech on my truck, and dont have any problems.

....what.....

with the 3" lift in the back i would go with a little bit longer of a shock, in the front i wouldnt be to worried because the Tbars dont give a whole lot of lift... ive heard really good things about KYB monomax for offroading and such

Dont go with any of those crappy twin-tube shocks like rancho, skyjacker, or monroes. Bilsteins are good, but over-rated imo. You can get a good mono-tube shock for the same price as ranchos. Id suggest KYB Gas-A-Just. You lookin at about $50 per shock, or step up to the MonoMax, $65-70 per shock.

I use ProComp ES9000 on all corners and love em. One problem I had was even at the stock ride heigth I was destroying the lower bushings in the rear shocks from all the wheelin I do with the rear doing some pretty serious flexing everytime I go out. I then jacked the t-bars and added some Rancho add-a-leafs that raised the rear 2.5 inches.I knew the stock shocks barely had enough travel for a stock suspension so after talking with ProComp they sent me a set of ES9000 rears for a SuperDuty which mount the same way as a Ranger just with about 3" more travel.

Your very welcome. You might wanna call ProComp yourself to get the correct year app for the shocks unless all SuperDuty's use the same shock. When I talked to them they just gave me a new part number and said they were for a SuperDuty and didnt give me anymore info than that.
