leds in cruse pods??
leds in cruse pods??
was going to do the leds in the cruse pods today and i was reading on how to do it and i found out that 00 dont have power going up to the clockspring to make the pods light up. so i done the mod any way and its a no go no power. so i was wondering if their is a way to fine the wire that sends power to them to make them light up??
hmmm....no clue. My '01 had power going to 'em to light 'em up.
I may be willing to pull my airbag off and figure out which wire is the hot, then you can tie that into your dash illumination hot or your dimmer or headlight switch.

^^Yep! Mr. Griggs' cardomain is what started my whole blue LED dash obsession!
Something to think about....
I wonder if that wiring ribbin in there that plugs into the pods......if you could replace that with one off a truck that its pods did light up, maybe that would work?
2 5mm blue led's in each pod...
