took off my mud flaps [pics]

finally got around to taking my mud flaps off after everyone saying it will look better, i didnt mind them but now that i took them off i love it, i have a question though, the hole that is left there(i have a pic of it), do i do anything about that? or just leave it? thanks alot

and some crack i found, not really noticable but annoying >.< its behind the driverside back wheel

i have that same hole aht you kinda forget about it.... alot it makes your rears look so much bigger huh??? i like it either way but prefer w.out cuz it makes the tires look bigger

the bigger the better IMO! flaps are soo cool!! i think they make or break a trucks appearance... it looks to intense without em! you gotta have flaps if your gona do serious off roading.. everyone knows that!!! >>>>Name:  DSC_2149.jpg

I got the itch to take mine off after the last Knoxville meet in September. I was the same as you - kind of liked them, but loved it without them.

I just took off my mudflaps today also... looks 100 times better!!!


BUT... I've got the SAME FREAKING CRACK in the same area. &*@#^%@^%(!


To deal with the holes, I just put the plastic retainer clips back in. :)

That's what I did, and painted them to match.

truck looks good. i have the brackets that look like a "W" behind the tires that hold the mud flaps on.. i left the brackets on. if i had that hole in the side of my truck that would be the least of my problems right now!!! haha got a much bigger ripple to smooth out..

next mod, LIFT :-P also to solve that hole problem is to put the plastic tab back in.. thats what i did and its hardly noticable, although mines a darker colored truck lol
