eh...there's Ranger owners who are members that do almost the same ugly stupid tacky *** shiz too....

not a member...but probably the worst ranger I've ever seen...

 

i da know, that ranger's not completely bad... i like the graphics, rims and kinda like the bush bar... i would take the hood off, the visor off, the rear spoilerS off, the rear window cover off, the mirror lights off, and the running board

 

ive never had ANY good thoughts about those things and that pic just solidified my hate toward them! FUGLY

 

oh I hate em too, but I know some people here like them.

 

To stir the pot, they drive ride alot nicer then Rangers.

 

are you kidding? they handle like a crappy car... they don't feel solid to me in corners, it's sloppy, but still enough like a car to make me not trust it off road... i wouldn't even want to drive it on a gravel or dirt road man...

 

There IS truth to this.... they do ride better. Stock for stock, Colorado rides better. My cousin had one when my ranger was still stock...I felt the difference.

I have to say that almost every car, including a "crappy car" that isn't old handles better the a Ranger.

 

Lol yeah the Ranger isn't the best handling of vehicles, thats just fact. I would own a lifted Colorado, some of them look pretty sweet.

 

i understand this is a site for ranger enthusiasts, but you dont need to bash everything non-ford. I love my Ranger, and i support Fords, but dont **** on something just cuz its a chev..or a dodge..the ranger is a joke compared to any other compact truck. period. i mean style wise, the truck hasnt changed in years. performance wise...its just not there. the same engine thats in my 2.3L is in the ford fusion...good to know my "truck" has the same engine as a gutless 4cyl car. The 4.0L is great, but if im gonna spend that much on gas, i'd rather buy a 150. The Colorado in general is a nice truck, in my opinion, but thats just my opinion, my point to this is, dont bash everything just cuz its not a Ford Ranger. Ya just sound like a idiot in doing so.

Is the s10 in production? Thought we were speaking about current vehicles. Should of specified. As far as keeping opinions to myself. if people did that...we wouldnt have a website now would we? Anyways rather then getting into an argument over the internet, with die hard ford fanatics, im going to leave it alone. And the truck pictured above is ridiculous.

What are you talking about is a Ford fanboy and unfortunately there are quite a few on this website, now I'm not saying there aren't Chevy or Dodge fanboys because there are. I am neutral, I like Ford, Chevy and Dodge. But I would consider my self a "Chevy guy" because I grew up with Chevys and that doesn't mean I think Chevy is the best brand in the world. I drive a Ford because when comparing the Ranger to S10 I liked the Ranger more, that's my opinion. If I liked the S10 more I would of gotten it or if there were more Dakotas available in my area and I liked one I would of gotten it.

To end this, don't even bother arguing with a Fanboy regardless of the brand they like because just the fact that they think their brand is amazing compared to other billion dollar companies to make cars and are successful at it means no matter what you say, they will not comprehend it.


So your dad went through the whole process of buying a car without test driving it first? Did he say "I'll buy it" and go through all the paper work and negotiate a price but then say "wait, let me test drive it first"?
