Looks good. Did you just open the alt up and paint that outside cover?

Yea, I did buy a 200+ Amp Alt. and had it powder coated. Thanks guys for the comments. Also, I broke the 300+ mile out of the last tank. Filled up yesterday to confirm this.

dang, thats hard to read!

Do you whave a 3.0? how many Miles per gallon are you getting?

Sorry, will leave the color stock. Yes I do have a 3.0 and right now I'm working on second tank to comfirm mileage, but it looks like 21+.I've still got to do roller rockers which should free up the rolling assembly some, Which means it needs less fuel to do what it does now. Then theres the upgrade to card type M.A.S.. Then I will get a Livewire system from Wayne with custom tunes that should optimize all the changes I've done. Then the next I've got to work on is elec. fan mod (should already be done but I hate wiring so it sits in shop for now.)

we want the Slot-In since it is so versitile/upgradeable. But making it larger so it is no longer a bottle neck in the air inlet system. I believe they started the slot-in in the 04+ models.

Oh I've always heard it called a MAF, I know what your talking about now.

Yea!! I upgraded for the audio and the elec. fan mod I still have to do. They say it draws alot of AMPS at start up.
