The hole that ate my Truck
The hole that ate my Truck
About a month ago I was messing around and I hit a mud hole that was a little deep. It messed up something so now my truck shakes pretty good. I was back out today and the hole was dried up so I took some pics.
Here it was after I hit it.

Here it is today

I think I learned my lesson today. This thing was pretty massive. It was probably 2.5 feet deep and 20 feet long. Im so lucky I didnt mess up more then I already did.

I wouldnt be worried about the weights, its the mudd that gets in there and only covers half the wheel will give you a shake from hell, and sometimes its hard to see in there might have to take the wheel off thats givin you the vibration and check it for mudd. If no mudd then i would take it for the balance.
Here in Northern Kentucky we got a place with mud holes 3 and 4 feet deep and about 100 foot long...we call it barrs branch...them mud holes and my buddies jeep...and i mean ate it...over the hood and everything
its been awhile but east of apple valley off of 160th or 170th take a right before you hit 52 there is a gate that opens to a couple mud trails. you will know your in the right spot when it says to u of m land
Most of the time I check the depth before I go through stuff, I do that since I hit a hole that was about 2 1/2' deep. I made it through, but popped the valance pins out, it scared the mess out of me too. That was a ton of water going over the hood.
