He's talking about flipping the axle. I've seen it done before for a 12 bolt to a Ford drivetrain.

It's a lot of work for little gain

flipping a T-case isn't the best route at all on a rig that sees much highway duty....usually reserved for trail only rigs...

if he wants a true passenger drop T-case, he needs to shell out big $$$ for a custom Atlas T-case made to bolt up to a Ford tranny but with the passenger drop...and I will bet any amount they don't have one waiting on the shelf....

again, not good for highway use....if he doesn't have lock-outs, the pinion bearings will burn up quick....

main thing I see wrong, like someone else said, is the choice of axles....for a Mall Crawler that only sees pavement, they will last a little while....but if he ever goes off-road, they will pop like popcorn....

My ranger and my colorado work truck. Whats funny, is the colorado is a 2011 with 10k miles on it and I still like my ranger more. Interior wise, handling, power, etc. I hate this colorado lol. But I guess I can't complain since gas is paid for haha

Yes and it has been there for a long time. Months if not over a year.

That Colorado is confusing me... it looks like a crew cab but it looks like the cap goes up to behind the driver's seat?

Today I took the day off work to get some things done on Abe. This morning I met with Mike over at Mr. C upholstery in Garland to discuss Abe's interior. Then after my dentist appointment I got the new Raceline billet wheels installed. Staggered with large lip in the rear. I will let the pics do the talking.

Ride height

I will be getting some new lug nuts soon. I also changed out the rear pinion seal, repaired some welds on the 6 link, and installed billet door sills recently.

haha yeah it's an interesting setup. crew cab chassis I believe, reg cab on it, compartment in the middle with crew cap type half doors and equipment inside there, then a crew cab colorado bed on the back, but the cap goes all the way to the cab with storage above that lower storage area as well. Very strange, but useful lol

and yeah, the hot dog has been there for nearly a year lmao, got it at wienerschnitzel with some food once. Now when I get the truck washed and go through the dryers, it almost comes off, I'll be sad the day it's gone lol.

Side note, I'm surprised nobody has stolen it off my truck, because I know if I saw that in a parking lot, I'd take it. hahaha
