The door handles and mirrors are just chrome plastic covers that are held on by double sided tape, most likely they are made by Putco. Can can pull them right off.

None really I guess, maybe a tonneau cover and/or bed liner. Maybe some rubber floor mats also...

Yep that looks like them, but I might have to wait awhile before I take them off or get the heat gun out cause they arent going to come off when its 30 degrees outside lol.

whats even sadder is someone paid that much to chome out all that stuff

i wonder if the bugguard he has is also a chrome plastic cover.
