nice box although now if you put something decent in the bed the tailgates gonna have to be down

 

i know, but this box is only temporary. got it for free. doesn't get much better then that. its a bit beat up, daytime pics will show that lol. but i needed the extra storage. eventually it will be replaced by a box that fits in the bed, or a camper shell.

 

if you dont haul nothin too tall camper shell is the way to go imo .... i just seem to have a lot of big **** so thats why i havent gone that route .. i plan to put one on my util trailer though

 

yeah, our trailer has a full size truck box that came with my dads 08 sierra when he bought it. so useful

 

Not a bad looking box, but I don't like it cover up almost 1/2 the window.

 

yeah that part kind of bugs me too. but it isnt really too bad from inside as far as visibility goes. and again, it was free. lol

 

i just got a box too and it makes it a little harder to back up but mine isnt that tall but looks good nice truck

 

You dont really notice it. If you look in the rearview mirror sometimes you will barely see the edge of it but ussually you dont see it. Lookin over the shoulder it does block some but hence why theres side mirrors.

 

yeah exactly. i cant even see it in the rear view.

just makes it a bit harder when im backing up to put on the trailer. gotta get out and check myself quite a few times more if i dont have someone back there spotting for me. oh well. i needed the extra storage badly

 

yea my dad took his off when he got the 5th wheel cause he totally couldnt see when he put it on
