Pics of the Lightning Motor going in Dads F150...(Latest Project)

UPDATE - FINISHED PICS AND DYNO VID ON PAGE 3!

So since 300 HP wasn't enough, dad bought a Ford Racing 03 Lightning crate engine for his DD 2000 F150. The current motor was dyno'd last spring before the sand dunes right at 300 crank HP. (220ish at the wheels) with over 150,000 TOWING miles.

This is his truck..

So we picked up the motor last summer, this is it in its stock form.

And this is it after i cleaned it up, clear coated the block with high temp CC (since it was already painted black), cleared the heads, front timing cover, pullies, painted the supercharger SVT and FORD logo, and painted the air inlet lines for the supercharger.

Did someone say 500 HP?

As it is sitting right now it makes 380 HP at the crank.

He is adding a single blade 90mm TB, CAI, Afco Dual pass heat exchanger, and 2.80" supercharger pulley. The truck already has long tube headers, 2 high flow cats, and a 3" exhaust.

After the install is complete it will be dyno tuned, 450-500 crank hp should be an easy number for this motor. It will most likely be around 410ish to the wheels.
