Yup they are doing a PHP Race Prepped trans (4r70w) with a multi-disc torque convertor. Safe built for 500+ HP.

Update

Swap Pics

On the Dyno

The dyno sheet (not the final tune) 353 RWHP and 438 RWTQ - just under 12 psi

We are a little unhappy with the dyno numbers, but its not a lightning and it is pushing 35" tires with 4.56 gears through a humongo transfer case and on top of all that it is a BRAND new motor, it still needs a break in period. Hopefully the final tune will be better.

He is now waiting on this Cervinis Hood

To be custom painted (Mercury Gray) along with the grillshell. (Just like my truck)

The lower valance is also going to be painted oxford white to match the truck.

Paul is putting miles on the truck to try and break in the motor before the final dyno run, after the hood, grillshell, and valance is painted, we should have the truck back next week before thanksgiving.

You really aren't suppose to port the blower if your going to be doing heavy towing like he does. The internal webbing you remove needs to be there when the engine/supercharger is under a heavy load, for support.
