Pics of the Ranger, the fiddy and the first mod on the fiddy

I took these right before I left to go to the dealership

Pics of the new truck

I like this one

And the first mod

Got the intake for $120. All it seems to do is make a cool kind of whooshing sound. Easy install though

I would have preferred that but I found this one on craigslist. Also I didn't have to mess around with my MAFS.

Maybe it's just ford, but I have the stock MAFS on my air raid kit in my Chevy.

So did you trade the Ranger in?

I still have my stock MAFS. I meant that I didn't have to remove it from the stock intake and install it into the new intake. And yes I did trade the ranger in.

Thanks. Yes the 150 is the 4.6. The ranger got traded in though. It's too expensive to have two trucks, especially since the wife doesn't have her license.

It takes 2 screws to switch the MAFS out lol, its not hard. Looks so much better too IMO. I didn't like my airraid intake though, made my air temps around town so much higher. Hitting 130 air temps when its 70 out FTL

I know its not hard. I'm just lazy lol. I'll see how it does. It does have a fairly large heat shield. I don't usually do too much city driving. If I really don't like it I'll resell it and probably buy a volant intake.

So true. The 150 is 10x worse than the ranger ever was, even the wheels on the back get dirty real quick.

I use a little bit of simple green on the wheels/tires and it makes it a lot easier. I try to clean them often too.
