has nissan finally manned up and admitted the transmissions in those suck or are they still denying warranties to people who turned the t/c off?

it still voids the warrenty if you turn it off. they were having problems with the rpm for the launch control being too high and messing up the trans. they dropped it by 1000rpm on the 2010 and seems to be working better. other than that we havent seen any other problems so far.
HAHAHA me and a member of another RBV forum were talking about that last night... the only trucks that actually see something other than tarmac in Cali are the pre-runners... all the others are mall-crawlers that have never seen so much as a gravel road LOL!
If you have photobucket you can send them straight from your phone. That's how I do mine most of the time.

dudes.....today I was behind a Super Duty with approx 14" of lift......and like 37's. lol. The guy was totally putt putting on the on-ramp and it became evident that he could only go like 50 on the freeway. Probably pulling 3k @ 50 and 5th gear(powerstroker). My guess is that he was so broke when his 44's went bald, that he found a set of 37" KC71 whatevers and rocked with his 5.38 gears.

Thought this shot was cool looking as a whole.....too bad it was so blurry....
Nothing like absolutely pouring down rain, trying to take pics of a bad *** duramax!
