But no... it's not the same one. The one I saw is actually almost a brown color and not a bright silver.

169 and 610. Brooklyn Park and Champlin border. There are like 6 unmarked Chargers that hang out right around there. The really bad one is in Blaine and 35W. It's black R/T with two silver stripes, and silver Charger decal on the rockers with 5% tint all the around.
