Due to a slight mishap and my driver's side tail light getting broken, I needed a new tail light. I picked up a set of 94-99 tails from a guy on Kijiji.

Wasn't a direct swap, as the tail light harness needed to be replaced as well, since the 00-09 bulb sockets do not fit into the 94-99 lenses properly.

Anyways, here's before. My nice redded out tails...



And now the 94-99 style. I prefer them. I think I'm going to keep them like this too.





Which do you like better? My red outs of the 94-99 style?

 

I like the all red, but I like the three bulb part of the other set.

 

I think the 94-99 look better. Red out the amber and they will look even better.

 

i like the black out lined ones i have always liked them on the Mazdas

I may eventually red them out, but I like them how they are. I never liked my original ones.

 

I cant see pics right now, but I assume you are talking about the tails with the 3 colors red, white, and amber. And if you are, I love the ones on mine

 

You need to red it out like before! I like the little black border, looks good
