I could probably make them out of .120 wall 1.75" DOM if you want.

I got a really good hookup on DOM for now and the prices are reasonable. I wish I had the extra cash to buy all I need for my exo!

i thought about the bed coating but rain+bedcoating=slippery

 

uhm, powder coat + rain = more slippery

 

just coat them in pine tar :)

 

I didn't think spray in bed liner would be slipper in the rain...

 

depends on the kind you use. you need to get the kind with sharp pieces in it rather than the smoother bumps

 

What brands have the sharp pieces?

I think you should machine a piece that says Beard off road or Zabeard off road then tack it on to the sliders at one end, thats just my .02 though
