Hot dang man; Honestly, I think if your are still doing this in the next month, I will probably fire a message to you once I get my bills payed off and canverify what money I've got..

Had a friggin close call on denting my rocker panels this last winter sliding around a bit trying to go around a corner up in the woods.. I think these will MORE then pay themselves off!

I would just Mig them on. that is how mine are done and that is how the sliders were welded together. Not sure why you would tig them? Maybe a bit of added strength but mig is easy enough.

When you do the drivers side watch the heat because of the electrical wires and fuel line on the back side of the frame. I tried to pull them away from the frame some or made sure they were not touching the frame before i welded them on. I have done 5-6 sets without any hassles with the fuel line and electrical wires melting.

Mine aren't on the truck yet, just sitting in my friends shop. It comes in handy to have a friend that welds.I am really hoping for this week.

lol no problem.

they are normally spaced away from the frame far enough but it would be wise to check it out first.

All Ranger cabs are the same so it should fit 93-09, maybe older.

The plates actually hand below the frame just a little, not much though. I have never see the purpose of a 1" BL, but in this case it would have been a little helpful. It's a tight squeeze.

Extended Cab!

That is the key. The regular cabs he needs measurements for.
