93 2.3L with 8 spark plugs
Champs and Autolite will work but used to burn up early.
The speciality Plugs are not designed to work with the newer electronic ignitions.
Stick to a known good part and all will be OK and change them more often than 50K miles…

Thank you all for the advice. I went with Autolite iridiums and Napa premium wires. Replaced all 8 plugs and wires by removing the throttle body and upper intake. This turned out to be a good thing cause both were leaking.
I do have another question, after doing the tune up I'm still getting the pinging at freeway speeds in 4th and 5th gear. If I run 91 octane gas it doesn't do it but with 87 and 89 octane it does. Any sugestions.

sounds like you have some carbon build up...run some seafoam through it and see what that does
or use chevron tectron fuel system cleaner, that stuff is amazing, and when you burn 87 octane "cheap gas" then after a few week you will more than likely have a clogged injector as well due to more carbon build up
