99 Ranger 2.5 Chemtool clogged cat convertor

Hello to all.
My young son poured a 16oz can of Chemtool B-12 in about 1/4 tank of gas, it was running fine but he thought maybe it would be good to clean the injectors and etc. and after about 20m mi. on hwy at 65 mph engine started losing power and making spark knock like noises.
Soon the engine died. Wont start but will spin over fast while trying.
Checked and the timing belt is on and it was replaced by a mechanic 6 months ago. I'm thinking the Chemtool B-12 in such a small amount of gas could have ruined the cat conv. But I am not a mechanic so I dont know whats wrong with it. I know that Chemtool B-12 is powerful stuff and should have had a full tank of gas. Going to take the cat loose or off and put more gas in and try starting it. Hope it did'nt ruin the valves. Any advice on this highly appreciated.

Have you added more gas to tank.

I would also pull a spark plug and look at the tip.

The high mix of additive caused a Lean condition, that was the pinging/knocking.

Could have fired the spark plugs

Yes I put 10 gallons in it still no start or attempt to start. Will pull a plug and check it tomorrow. In fact I'll put new ones in it. I think the cat conv is factory been on there 14 years lots of crud could be built up in it and it could've been partially clogged already and now running the heat from burning the Chemtool through it may have melted the whole businessx. But all this is merely speculation on my part as I worry too much about things I dont know lots about.
Thanks for your fassssst reply Ron :)

Do you think it could have burned the valves? Maybe I'm jumping the gun here, I dont know but I really love that truck and my mind is running wild thinking the worst. Well at least it aint seized up guess thats a good sign, guess worst is that I may have to get another engine.

I'd replace the fuel filter and do a fuel pressure test.
