Broke Upper Intake Bolt No.5 in 2.5 SOHC
All happy after replacing fuel injectors, Spark plugs & Wires. Spent money on all kinds of new parts. Murphy Law happened while torquing down the upper intake bolts with care in sequence, 1 2 3 4 and 5 broke while approaching a slow 40 ft. lbs. Help??? I greased TH out of all my bolts with anti corrosive grease!!! Why didn't I buy new ones along with all my other parts cleaner anti seizing corrosive grease!! Can anyone tell me what to do next? Is there a drill bit within a die to remove my Greased Broken Intake Bolt? Anyone know the thread specs for this 13mm Intake Bolt? 30.21mm long? Where do you get replacements and how do I get the broken piece out?

Reason: I'm freeked out!
I calmed down, now can anyone help Identify the bolt so I can get replacements & correct drill bits to removed the sheared bolt stud. Researching videos on removing the broken stud. Appreciate any help. Thank you
What kind of metal are these bolts made off? Need to know so I can order a left-handed drill bit of metal stronger & sharp enough to drill this bolt out @RonD

Hi B-Series,
I'm glad you were able to resolve your broken bolt issue.
I've been avoiding the removal of my upper intake plenum since I've been having no luck getting the proper replacement bolts. But as luck (the lack of) would have it, since replacing the timing belt and fighting with the short, hard to reach vacuum hose that the throttle body vacuum line slips into
it seems I've developed a vacuum leak and i suspect it's that hose. If it turns out to be the source of my leak I might have to remove the plenum to get to it, hence the bolt search.
You said- "Needs M8-1. 25 X 45mm Class 10.9 Flanged Hex Bolts partially threaded"
Can I ask where you got that information? And, does anyone know if these bolts are torque to yield?
I'm currently corresponding with a representative from ARP (Automotive Racing Products) https://arp-bolts.com/ trying to find a proper replacement and he needs to know the size and type of bolt.
Thank you for any help you can give me, and anyone else looking for the bolts.
