i have an 98 2.5 i've put an alt., batt, and fuel filter (one i took off was black as coal) on it and have a hesitation through the gears like it's starvin for fuel or losing spark, any ideas? got 122000 on it. thanx STRAUB

 

timing belt stretch will cause that.Has it ever been replaced ?

 

not that i know of, will it show being out of time? is it a big fix?
