I just replaced the ICM, Wires and Plugs due to several codes including 222, 223, and 224. The new parts seemed to have taken care of the check engine light, and seems to be running better, however I've noticed that after a cold startup it has a bad hesitation in the throttle. for instance right after I start it, if I attempt to rev the engine in neutral it will almost die before it revs.

my 91 has similar issues. When its warm its fine but i have to gas it good to get it going when its cold. I bought injector cleaner and it gave me peace of mind, but it didn't fix it completely.
