need help on adjusting idle

how do you adjust the idle on a 95 ranger 2.3 any help will be appreciated

Disconnect the battery cable for 10 min .
Reconnect and start .
Let idle for 15.

Idle speed is controlled by the computer.

if you are having a poblem with idle, definately check for vacuum leaks, clean the throttle body, clean the iac, and check the voltage sweep of the TPS with an analog voltage meter. i had a high idle thanks to a vacuum leak in the vapor management valve and a faulty iac
