not running good

I have 92 2.3 five speed. I've replaced the plugs and the wires. I've checked everything twice to make sure its right. But now it doesn't have near the power and it shakes when its idleing and it just doesn't run as good

How old is the timing belt ? They should be changed every 90 to 100k miles.

Not running good???

I had the same problem with my 2003 Ranger, new plugs, wires and fuel filter and it still didn't run as good as I thought it should. I finally took it to my mechanic and had it checked out and they replaced the coil pack and now it runs great again. Don't know if this is your problem but it's possible.
