Timing belt tracking

Is there a way to adjust the tracking on the timing belt on a 2.5. It is running about an 1/8" off the front of the pulley.

something has to be in the way... check near the crank pulley around the timing cover... and also check the tensioner

Do you have to remove A/C compressor, i.e., disconnect, to replace timing belt? Will compressor and lines move out of way enough to remove covers to get at belt?
