Upper and Lower Manifold torque specs

Hello all. I have a 1996 Ranger 2.3 SOHC 2WD. I don’t have a shop manual and I am getting conflicting information on the internet. Can anyone give me the torque information for the upper AND lower intake manifolds, including the sequence. I assume it is done in stages. I also assume you don’t use sealant with the new gasket, right?
Thank you so much.

Its fine to use sealant on any gasket, really depends on what you think of the mating surfaces
And the big one............will it stay in place without falling out while tightening the bolts, lol

On any part that is long you start with center bolts and alternate out to the edges
Looks like this: https://torquespecs.tripod.com/image...93_4cyl_f3.jpg
Same sequence for exhaust
Lower and upper intake use about 18-21ft/lb
Yes, do 10ft/lb and then 18-21ft/lb
