2000 4x4 Inner edge front tire wear

Good morning everyone, Hope you had a Great Christmas

I've been plagued with an annoying front end issue for a few months, and have visited multiple shops to help remedy the problem with no luck.
The inner edges of both front tires on my 4x4 2000 Ranger are wearing far faster than the rest of the tire (leads me to believe too much negative camber).
The issue is that after the shops complete the alignment, the truck still pulls right, and is to this day still wearing on the inside.

Not sure what to check. I also noticed that the truck is sagging on the drivers side when on level ground (not sure if this is related)
I read that torsion bar cranking could fix the sag, but at the cost of more negative camber and thus more inner edge wear.

Any help is greatly appreciated, and I am happy to take pictures if needed.

Failed Ball joints will cause inner tire wear, when were they changed?

Drivers side sag is common because driver and gasoline tank(150lbs) are always on that side, cranking the torsion bar so truck sits level won't hurt alignment
Check left spring hangers at the rear on both side, they rust out on any pickup truck faster that the fronts

Improper toe will wear tires way faster than improper camber. I would have the toe checked and adjusted to 0. Inside tires both wearing sounds like too much toe out, which would scrub the inside of the tires on both sides. You can measure toe by checking the distance rim to rim on the front of the front tires and comparing that measurement to the rim to rim measurement on the back or the front tires. They should be the same with the tires pointing straight ahead.
