2004 fx4 upper control arms that have removable ball joints

I burn through a set a year of the current napa premium upper control arms. The boots start leaking eventually. Getting tired of having to get my truck aligned after replacing the control arms. Napa sells a ttx upper control arm but it doesn't say whether the ball joint is removable. Any help will appreciated.

As far as I know the upper control arm and ball joint are one-piece
Anything is removable, but in this case not sure if it would be replaceable after removal

You must be running some pretty big/heavy tires to wear out upper ball joints

Moog sells an upper control arm with a greasable ball joint, has hole for Zerk fitting

The current upper control arms have grease fittings.I run Mastercraft 245/75 r16 courser at2s. They are pretty aggressive but not considered mud tires. It's a work truck so it gets used daily to haul tools and a trailer.

I used these last time I did mine, but from what I can tell the "replaceable" ball joint has to be a Moog ball joint, at least that's all I could find. It would solve the alignment issue though. The alternate part numbers might also lead to a better alternative, I haven't checked them yet.

How much grease are you pumping into them when you grease them ?

1 pump from a grease gun every oil change is all they need.
