Radius Arm bushing

If anyone knows what I'm talking about I need to change mine out as one of them is putting down 2.5 degree's and the other is doing 4 degrees and its messing up my alignment. Its pretty bad as you can move it up and down pretty easy. So I'd like to know how hard it is to change them and how much. From what I can see I need to take two bolts off and then grind one rivet out and I'll just put a bolt back in there when I put it together.

EDIT: Sorry to those people who read it as it being caster I don't know what I was thinking
