I have a 1989 Ranger and i want a cheap lift like under $100 but i dont want the spacers. i wanted to know if its true that if you put supercab v6 ranger or explorer coil springs on a regular 4 banger ranger if it will lift it. A buddy of mine told me that but im not sure if its correct.

 

sounds about right to me. I know the rear springs from an Ex should give it about an inch and a half.

 

without a proper lift kit on an i-beam ranger the camber will be off and it will ruin your tires above 1.5 inches. best be saving for a kit or proper lift in the front. a drop shackle, aal or block can lift the rear.

 

Ya don't go cheap, youl be much happier trust me.
