Sweeetness!!

Small update time:
The parts are in the process of being cut, and should be heading to the welder sometime in the next week. 3 sets from this run are still available. Should still be on target for shipping around the third week of the month. Stay tuned! |
i just read a bunch of pages then skipped to make sure it didn't die haha but good to see its still going. i might have missed an update, but if you were selling CO brackets and gussets, and hardware , just everything needed id be in . or just hardware and gus/brakets. im in tho . have been thinking of new shocks and bigger tbars . but this seems wayy better to do

The pricing listed is for brackets, gussets, spacers, and hardware. If you need the spacers that go beside the bushing/bearing at the top and bottom of the shocks, and know what size, those will be included as well. |
I didn't see a price listed. Lol was it all figured out?

Brackets without powdercoat, gussets, grade 8 zinc plated hardware, and spacers: $250 Upgrade to grade 18-8 stainless steel hardware: add $10 All pricing is without shipping. I expect to be able to fit them comfortably in a medium flat rate USPS box, which means shipping anywhere in the continental US would be about $11, and $28 to Canada. PM me if you need a shipping quote outside of that area. Anticipated shipping time on these is mid-late December for the first run. (with a little luck, they could be under the tree ) |
Nice that's not bad at all . Thanks for reposting that

2 sets left on first run...

Please forgive the stupid question. I must have missed it somewhere.
Is there a complete list(part numbers) of what all is needed to do this besides the brackets? |

There isn't a "list" per se, but a few pages back there are discussions about shock and spring lengths, plus a link to another thread with a lot of info. I'm trying to get a good list together, but there are a ton of options. However, the gist of the answer to the question is that, on top of the brackets and hardware, you will merely need shocks, springs, and extended rod ends. You also may need spacers that go on the bolt which holds the rod ends to the brackets, based on the size of the rod ends on the shocks you get. |
Limit straps too.

Update on production: all of the bottom plates are cut and bent, uprights are cut, back/top pieces to the uppers are cut and bent, and the sides to the uppers are being cut tomorrow. Parts should be going to the welder this weekend! |
if some of you are still undecided on what brand of coilover I would highly recommend Radflo.. I'm running their 2.5 coilover up front and the quality is much nicer than the fox I have for my rear setup and radlfo is cheaper.. Aaron dixon from dbr racing's preference as well
check them out at poly performance OH can't forget radflo's customer service, there is no better company to deal with |

^^ good info. The more options, the better. |
I was checking out the radflo's on poly and prices were on par with fox. They look to be pretty dece so I wouldn't have any problems going with those especially if they have stellar service.

Waiting on getting them back from the welder. Hopefully this weekend, but if not, probably Monday or Tuesday. Once I have them back, I'll inspect all of them for accuracy, and go drop off the ones being powdercoated at the shop, and start boxing them up! Anyone who knows what size spacers they need for the side-to-side alignment let me know ASAP, and I will include them with the shipment of the brackets. If you let me know the width of the bushing/bearing of the shocks you're getting, I can figure it out. The opening up top is 1.5", and the bottom is 1.25" I'll post up pics when I get them from the welder. |
You already know my spacing , correct?
