Control arm question - Need help ASAP

I purchased 2 new control arms to replace my upper ball joints on my Ranger from RockAuto Auto Parts. The control arms came in and I'm at a loss at what is happening here. I ordered them for my torsion bar setup and they sent me these:

Left side:

Right side:

The left side is fine, but the right side doesn't match my truck's suspension - it is a mirror image of the left side.

Has anybody dealt with this situation before? The Moog part is clearly stamped "Left:" on it, so I don't think I can just order another and throw it on the right side - can I?

No, you need the one piece Moog right arm.

not sure why the other is different, but if you look at the left, where the ball joint is, its not centered.. so you can't put it on the other side without problems. just my .02

I found it, thanks Bob and Zak. For whatever reason, it costs $30 more than the passenger side.

Yeah that right side they sent you is the stock kind for coil sprung trucks if I remember correctly. Or maybe it was the 98-00 trucks.

Ford eliminated the 2-piece passenger side arm in 2003MY or thereabouts. The new right arm is one piece and a mirror image of the left arm.

The post below was made in 2006. The numbers are probably still good on 4x4/Edge/Sport newer than 2006 but I haven't researched that.

Thanks Bob, that's what I just ordered. The reason for my confusion was that the RH and LH control arms that were right next to each other on Rock Auto's website. The fact that they were close in number threw me off as well.

As a testament to Rock Auto's service, I explained that to the representative and they've offered me free shipping on the return of the original RH control arm that I bought. I am just hoping that the new one can get here by Saturday so that I can get these things on my truck.

I guess next time I'll double check what the part looks like on my truck and on the website next time.
