Welcome to the forum. I recently had to change both sides of my spindles due to wear and previous botched brake jobs on my 2003 Ranger XL 2WD. I sourced the spindles directly from Ford as I did not want aftermarket. I can dig up the part numbers provided they will fit your year and model of your Ranger if this helps you with the brake calipers installation. I hope this information helps you.

Here are the part numbers for the spindle assembly:

Left Side (driver's side) = 5L5Z3106AA
Right Side (passenger side) = 5L5Z3105AA

This is for a 2003 Ranger 2WD, coil spring front suspension.

I don't have a part number for the caliper carriers as mine were fine.
